Hello, we use OBS to livestream via our wix website. The purpose is to broadcast lectures I give. So OBS records from my webcam on PC, and livestreams via Wix. Wix gives us a streaming key whenever we set up livestream. I have been using this service and have had so many problems. The main one is that OBS video lags a lot. Sometimes the frame is frozen for upwards of 10 mins. The entire class is 1 hour long, and sometimes the video seems to have only a handful of frames. The Audio works fine. I've tried all sorts of settings. Right now I use the following

Mode - simple
video bitrate - 5000kbps
encoder - Hardware (QSV)
audio bitrate - 128
Base resolution - 1920 x 1080
output scaled resolution - 1920 x 1080
fps - 30
downscale filter - bicubic.
I have also been recording at the same time. And the recording quality is as bad as the streaming quality.
I tried lowed bitrates and it was much worse.
My PC is old, 8GB RAM, Windows 10, with Intel HD graphics 5300 card.
I don't think it should be that bad though. I formally used my PC to livestream via youtube livestream and it worked fine for a while. Then youtube would not open on my browser for some reason. By this time we had moved our channel to Wix website and paid for livestream on Wix. Wix says it is an OBS issue. And I think they are right.
Can anyone please advice best settings. Thanks
