Question / Help Video Lag / Quality

Hello, OBS Users and Faculity.

I have an issue with my OBS, when I was recording a clip on Minecraft, It would stay the same, no frames, it would just show 1 frame of what happened. The video was like a screenshot, except it was a long video with a screenshot.

Also, The quality isn't that good, when I ever record, it seems 'faded' like the brightness as good,

Try using Direct3D, not OpenGL. Game Capture, not Monitor Capture. I used this thread for reference: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/recording-issues-with-minecraft.64484 .

Your recording settings are, frankly, terrible. It's clear that you have no idea what you're doing, and you should not be using advanced mode.

Set the output mode back to Simple and use the recording presets.In the recording section, change the Recording Quality to Indistinguishable Quality, and then select your encoder.
