Question / Help Video Lag Issues when Streaming on Twitch

Hi - For the most part I think my stream looks pretty good, but I still have these "hiccups" sometimes with OBS Studio. When it happens, my video pauses for a moment (all scene sources), but I can still hear audio just fine. It always unfreezes and goes back to normal after a few moments. Sometimes though, my camera seems to play catch-up and the audio/video on the web camera kind of glitches out for a moment after the lag is over, and some audio seems to get skipped. I hope this makes some kind of sense.
