Video Issues.

okay basically, i am trying to record on 1080 60fps with the use of my canon eos m50 camera but also using obs and the recording is a bit laggy, grainy and it isn't recording smoothly like in 60 frames per second. I also use canon utility, but ive been told that camlink is better. What my question is, is it something to do with the settings of obs, my computer, my monitor or is it something to do with the resolution such as the graphic card, the lighting, the lens or something to do with canon utility or is it something to do with my internet speed or does it depend on the bitrate? for example, i make gaming and reaction videos and my graphic card is x264. what could i do? please help.

Canon utility, your camera connected is via USB ?
Check manual canon utility, probably max quality is 1024x768 max 30 fps.
To get 1080p60 use any hdmi grabber (almost any e.g. avermedia, blackmagicdesign or elgato and many others).
