Question / Help Video Issues (Black Background With White Outlines)

I am trying to setup OBS Studio for recording my gameplay to upload to my new YouTube channel Random Fandom. I am having an issue in my videos with the background being black with white outlines of the action. I have the recorder setup to record in game mode full screen with speaker and mic audio. I also have a webcam overlay (which doesn't have this issue) and text and logo overlays. How can I fix this? I was playing Assassin's Creed 3 on my laptop with a Core i3 4030U, 6 GB RAM, and Intel HD Graphics.

I have 4 logs. They are all in the text file below. Also there are a few other issues in the video that need to be fixed, as shown in the screenshots. I think some of the footage looks neat though with the outlines, so I will probably upload those scenes that to youtube.

AC3 require more powerful PC
From Steam page:
Supported Video Cards at Time of Release:

AMD Radeon™ HD 4850 / 5000 / 6000 / 7000 series

NVIDIA® GeForce® 8800 GT / 9 / 200 / 400 / 500 / 600 series
New video card may solve some graphics issues, but CPU may become bottleneck for HD recordings.

Actually it don't. My PC runs AC3 just fine! Also ARMA3 which is more intensive on resources than AC3. I likely don't have my software setup correctly, and that is what I could use some help with.

You should have some patience.
Anyway, your system is not suited for playing games and encoding with x264, try switching the encoder to quicksync.

Sorry if I was a bit unpatient, but to me as a new member it does seem a little slow to get a reply. I am using Quick Sync though... I would really like this software to work, because others aren't as nice and this is free. OBS Studio allows me to put branding in my videos very easily and it also looks professional with the two color text. :) So if you have any other ideas for fixing my video problems, feel free to post here. Also, if you haven't been to my channel, the OBS test videos may demonstrate the issues I'm having better than the screenshots. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCdS6lIa1uu6hnTT_oIRR5Jw

Try turning off "Allow Transparency" in game capture, this may have strange results in some games like the outline that may be seen. This does allow putting something behind a game capture for mostly a program that make good use of alpha transparency. This is probably caused by having 32 bits per pixels which have 24 bit color with an extra 8 bit that are sometimes left unused and is ignored by display output.

Looks like one of my custom hand written opengl 3d game, when captured with "Allow Transparency" made the walls transparent with everything else visible. I left the walls at zero alpha from having nothing to use it for, and have other stuff at full alpha. I might think about this for making a custom transparency program for capture...

I decided to switch to the other OBS. It seems to work much better! However, I would like my Random Fandom watermark settings in the newer OBS.
