I'm facing issue while I record 4k60fps and 30fps from avermedia live gamer ultra S in my laptop Ryzen7 5800H and Rtx 3050ti l, 16gb ram(single channel). I have changed the preset and nvenc .264 to Hevc , and CBQ and CBR settings also. No mater what problem still persist. It's working fine in 2k 60fps.
Please I need a solution for this

The 2 main issues:
Disable HAGS
Remove the malware called McAfee. This wrongly called security suit is incredible intrusive and cause a multitude of issues. In normal situations, where you have a good behavior online, you don't need anything else than the security suit that comes with Windows, which is good and almost not intrusive.

16 GB of RAM isn't enough for 4k recording. It's good for 1080p 60fps but not for 1440p or high
Same with the RTX 3050ti. With this one you may get a good 1440p at probably 60fps but still you need more 32GB of RAM.

For the recording, unless you know exactly what you're doing, don't use advanced outup. Change back any changes you did in there to its default value. Now run the Auto-configuration Wizard selecting recording as main purpose as you're not interested in streaming. Apply the settings it gives and restart OBS (!important)
Now test it as is. If all goes well, you can change the recording quality preset to a better one. Repeat.

The Auto-configuration Wizard tests and sets the best settings your hardware can manage to get the best quality results.

If you insist on using the advanced output, select p5 and CQP 18.
