Question / Help Video is too laggy

Hi, recently I tried to record some games with OBS, I've made some settings and I think those are decent (I think), but the videos I'm recording keeps freezing, even if the video is going 60FPS. I tried to decrease the bitrate, to change the preset, even to change VBR with CBR, but nothing.

I tried even other solutions from the other threads, but still nothing.

Your log looks fine. Note that if you tab out of a fullscreen game, it will usually stop rendering. Maybe try a different video player?

7% lagged frames in one of the recording attempts. Basically you're overloading your video card.

I tried that already, same results.

Should I try changing Max Quality Preset with Quality Preset to fix the problem?

Bump (again, lmao). And when I said above that the video is still not smooth, I was talking about the R6S videos I've recorded till then. Still no changes and don't know if it's from me or not.
