Question / Help Video is pixelated

So yesterday I was recording a video and I noticed the video was pixelated. This has never happened and I've used OBS for about 6 months now. I have tried changing the bitrate lowering FPS, trying different encoders but nothing worked, I also tried to uninstall.

Please help.
 
You need to post a complete log by uploading it in the Help menu, not by copying it and pasting it.

That said, why is the FPS set to 180? You have absolutely no reason to record at that framerate no matter what encoder you use.

I have a good PC and the game is Minecraft.. I get about 1200 FPS playing it without any recording software up.
