Question / Help video is laggy pls help

Based on the game you seemed to have been playing, my guess is that it was using a lot of CPU power, and your PC was not allocating much to OBS Studio. OBS Studio does have a setting to help this, the CPU Priority setting. You need to change it from "Normal" to either "Above normal" or "High," but if this does not fix it you may have to reinstall the software.

1080p60 is challenging in a single PC setup.

That said, your log does not contain an output session, which means there's no performance data in it to let someone know why the video lagged.
