Question / Help Video is Choppy

My Recording is really choppy and i've tried Screen Capture, Game Capture, And Window Capture. But all of them produce the same result. (I'm Recording a game btw)

Switch the encoder to NVENC and try again. The i3-6100 isn't exactly that hot when it comes to gaming and x264 encoding combined.
