Question / Help Video is choppy/lagging whenever I record in Laptop (ACER Inspire R11)

I'm trying to record tutorial lessons on Math and Science to be uploaded on Youtube. I am using Microsoft Powerpoint with the help of a Wacom Pen whenever I need to draw on the slideshow. I am also explaining while recording (Display Capture) which adds audio to the final output. But whenever I open the video file the drawings are not smooth and are choppy.

I do hope someone has an advice for this! Thank you in advance. Please feel free to further instruct me on anything I should do for smooth display :D

As it seems ur encoder is overloading.

I doubt your Laptop can record with ur current adjustments
