Question / Help Video is blurry even though my settings are high

Hi, I am trying to record some videos but whenever I do the video ends up being blurry.

My PC specs are:
Intel Core i7-6700K Skylake Quad-Core 4.0 GHz
EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti
Mushkin Enhanced Blackline 32GB (2 x 16GB)
MSI Z170A Krait Gaming 3X LGA 1151 Intel Z170
SAMSUNG MZ-N5E500BW 500GB 850 EVO M.2
Seagate Desktop HDD ST3000DM001 3TB 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive
I forgot what power supply but it is 850w

that's gonna happen when you only record using 5000 kbps bitrate. Use CQP rate control and use a CQP value of 18 or something.

Whoops, I meant to set it to 50000 kbps not 5000, I will change that right now and see what happens.

try cqp 15.
xD I am very very dumb. I did that and there wasn't much difference but then I set my resolution to 2560x1440p because it is my native resolution and the quality became perfect but the problem now is that youtube only does 1080p videos. I was just wondering if when I render videos out of Sony vagus pro 14 and make it render at Internet HD 1080p if it will still look good?

You should always set the base resolution to the resolution of the thing you are capturing.
