Video is behind my television

I'm fairly sure I have most of my settings right but my video feed from the TV to the laptop, isn' t in sync on my laptop.
How can I fix it?

And when you post, follow the instructions on posting a log, *and* you need to describe your connection setup (capture card, etc)
