Question / Help Video is ahead of Audio

I am having an issue where the Video is ahead of Audio by about a second. I was able to use the negative delay in the audio settings to get it close but there is a limit of less than a second negative delay. So, my stream still looked like an overdubed Kung Fu movie.

I am using the HDMI output of PTZ optics camera at 1080p 30FPS and switching with a Blackmagic ATEM TV Studio running at 29.97fps. The output of the switcher is going SDI out to a Blackmagic Web Presenter. Audio is an analog output of my Audio mixer directly into the Web Presenter. The Web Presenter converts the signal to 720p at 30fps and is hooked up to my PC via USB. The PC is an Intel NUC with an i7 processor and 16 gig of ram. Any help in figuring out how to get the video delayed to sync with audio would be appreciated.

I'm mostly confused how you have an audio delay that high. Usually it's the other way around, where video is the problem.

The fix you're probably looking for is to add an Async Delay filter to your video source. You can add up to 500ms at a time, I believe... if you need more than that, then you can add the delayed source into a group, and add another Async Delay to that group.

Still though, I'm curious what in your audio chain is the reason you have the 1 second delay, especially if you're grabbing audio from your mixer.
