Question / Help Video in media source starts out pixelated

Hey guys

Do any of you have problems with videos being pixelated in the start when you switch to the scene?

Any tips on getting it to play smoothly?

Looks like a problem with the video. Check if it plays correctly with VLC or ffplay.

Thanks for super fast response. The video plays nicely in both preview and VLC. It's .mov file.

Just added another video and it has the same pixelation in the start of it. Any suggestions?

Hey again. It turns out that the VLC source is lacky when I start streaming to FB. So I went back to the media source. Still have the problem that the start of each video is pixelated as shown in the video here: http://screencast.com/t/rqOsSNKEU

Any tips on fixing this?
