You try to add the same webcam device multiple times, which does not work. Add additional versions of the same device with the "add existing" option, not with the "add new" option.

Hi, Koala, I have tried your suggestion but sadly I am still having then same problem. When I add existing, the picture comes up for a millisecond and then disappears leaving a blank red lined square. I have deleted the OBS version I had and downloaded it again but that has not worked Ether.

You still have 2 duplicate sources of the same device across your 2 scenes, one called "Video Capture Device", the other "casio". Remove both. Then add one with the "add new" option, since no other exists. This should work fine. Add more of this device with the "add new" option.

`Hi, Koala, I tried your suggestion but was still having the problem. I then thought it could be the camera so I disconnected same then re-connected. at the same time I enabled buffeting. The camera now works fine. Can you explain please what buffeting does and would that have been the problem or is it more likely to have been the camera re-boot that sorted the problem?

I much appreciate the help you have given. As you can probably realise I am a newby to this and need all the help I can get.

I'm sorry, but I'm unable to explain what happens on your machine. Unfortunately, you changed 2 things at the same time (you reset your device and at the same time you enabled some setting), so it's not clear if the reset made the device work or the changed setting.
