Hello, I am trying to create game videos with OBS, however when I try to stop recording it, it says "stopping recording" and gets stuck for awhile and the video is basically just a few frozen frames, would anyone be able to help me optimize my settings so I can get the videos to work?

Settings for Crap PC? - and he doesn't uses PC for gaming, only PS4 Remote Play.

So, you need to upgrade your PC.

I appreciate the feedback but i have previously used obs and created youtube videos before the upgrade a few months ago, and please be more specific what would i need?

Strong CPU, modern videocard. Look at this: https://obsproject.com/help/estimator (you have APU).
