Video has slight delay when recording ps4

Hope I don't leave anything out, I'm really new to this

Basically I got an elgato capture card today, it seems perfect except there's a very slight delay, like 1 second, between the tv and my laptop

If there's anything I can do to fix it please let me know, thanks :)

Probably that's an elgato issue. Check their support.
