Been using OBS since early 2020. Started livestreaming ~2012. Using Restream to distribute to multiple platforms. In the past few months, have had the problem where the video seems to be "hanging". Nothing obvious observed on the broadcasting side, but on the receiving platforms, video is "frozen", although audio seems to be fine. Not sure of the timing, but it seems that we started having the problem when we stopped downsizing the output resolution. The problem is intermittent. Today when we detected the problem, we tried stopping and restarting the stream, and then restarting the computer, but that didn't help. When we reduced the output resolution, the problem seemed to go away. Attached is a log for I think when the problem was occurring this morning.
