Video grainy and bright?

I've tried scrolling through the forms for a solution to my issue, but couldn't find an answer to my problem.

Heres a screenshot of my game normally:

And heres a screenshot of my game when its been recorded through OBS:

I'm not sure if it's an issue to do with OBS or my computer, but here are the settings I have:
