Video Glitch

We use OBS for streaming through Subsplash for our church livestream and generally are problem free. We had a really unusual issue yesterday though and was curious if anyone might've experienced something similar. The video basically glitched the entire livestream. It didn't affect the audio. We've had a "dropped frames" issue a few times but this wasn't that. The issue was showing up in OBS though, so I can't send blame upstream to Youtube or Subsplash. Here's the link:

Interestingly enough, it did it again for our video this morning. Any thoughts?
