There are lots more people using it successfully, than are reporting problems. How is your rig different from theirs? Of course we can't see theirs, so you need to provide profuse details - screenshots, recordings, logfiles, etc., etc. - so that we can compare to how it's meant to be and how it actually works, and go from there.
It would probably help too, to post instead in the appropriate OS-specific sub-forum for your operating system: Windows, Mac, or Linux. That's a clue too.
