Video from OSSC freezes in OBS StreamLabs.

Can someone help me? I have a OSSC to get video from a MVS system to my computer, I´m using a GL310 AverMedia card, the workaround I´m using is deactivating and reactivating the device in the OBS every 5 minutes to get it back to normal but there must be something I´m doing wrong(most likely) in my settings.

We cannot provide support for Streamlabs OBS here. SLOBS is a derivative version of OBS, with the front-end UI hacksawed off and a shoddy webpage slapped over the gaping hole because Streamlabs has a lot of web developers and few actual competent coders.

I'd recommend trying it in OBS Studio, but I have heard of a few other people who have had issues with the OSSC and AverMedia capture devices... they may just not play well together. I believe that Voultar had problems with his. The first step is to try the capture combo in another piece of software, such as AM's RecCentral, the third-party AmaRecTV, or so on, and see if the freezing persists. If it does, the fix is to swap capture devices or contact AverMedia for further support with their hardware.

Additionally, PLEASE do not DM individual forum members with copy/pastes of your threads to try to force a response.

Sorry I proceeded the way I did, it won´t happen again.

I will try OBS Studio to see if this keeps happening again.

I´m really sorry, I was messing with the settings and somehow the issue is gone(I really don´t know what I did).
