Latest OBS version. Both ATEM Constation 2/me and Elgato HD60s have the same issue. Video freezes, but audio does not. I've been using the PC for over a year with the Elgato and no issues. Upgraded the switcher and started using the USB out it and starting having this issue. Switched back and had the same thing with the Elgato. Updated OBS before the Elgato issue. Looking for some ideas. It's not a beefy PC, but only used for streaming and some video playback in OBS. I think it is a 4th gen I7.
Closing OBS and reopening it fixes the issue.
