Question / Help Video freezing but audio keeps playing

Hi, I am a bit new to OBS and I am having some problems. Whenever I record a video I watch it back to make sure everything is ok but the video plays for about 2 seconds but the audio keeps playing. Sometimes the video will unfreeze but after a few seconds it starts to freeze again. I am using OBS classic btw if this helps. Please help me because I want to use OBS for my YouTube videos. And whenever I search for the best screen recorders OBS is always suggested. Please help if you have a solution, thanks :D
