I bought a cheap composite to USB device to digitize VHS video. It works OK, but the video occasionally freezes for a second or two. I have tried a few different resolutions and settings in OBS. Some seem to work better than others, but none completely eliminates it. Is there anything I should look for in the log files that might help with this, or should I just assume it's a problem with the capture device?
