Video freezes from ATEM 2 M/E

Good day everyone! I am having a recurring issue that is driving me nuts. I use a Blackmagic 2 M/E wherein the camera feeds into my MacBook Pro (BRAND NEW: Apple M2, 32gig RAM, 2 TB SSD, Ventura 13.3.1). OBS is the latest update. The video will run for a while when I am streaming but then freezes. Audio continues to pour through. I set the kbps down to 4000 (I started at 10) with no luck. The video keeps freezing randomly.

I am a newbie in streaming so any layman terms y'all can give to help would be cool.

Everything else in the audio/computer departments, I am pretty knowledgeable.

I am having this exact same problem; it just started 2 weeks or so ago. I'm running Constellation 2 M/E using USB-C webcam out to Mac Mini. Program works fine for a while then the video freezes. Audio continues to come through. I unplug USB-C cable and plug back in, input unfreezes and works. It has now happened 3 streams in a row, usually getting a little less than an hour in before it freezes. Since, I have updated MacOS and OBS to latest versions. Next stream is Sunday 12/26/24. Will repost if we figure anything out or if it fixes itself.
