Video Freezes During Stream

I am having an intermittent problem where my video freezes while streaming. My CPU usage never gets higher than 10% as this is a dedicated PC. Some Sundays it works fine, other Sundays it happens but not at any particular interval. I can fix the problem bu changing my camera setting to OBS Virtual camera then changing it back to USB camera. Here is the log file
