Video freezes and only plays audio

Hello,
When I turn OBS on to livestream our church service, video starts up but no audio, then just a little bit after starting, the video freezes up and audio plays just fine. I can't figure out what's causing this. I have restarted OBS and the computer and nothing helps. I'll attach a log of part of it. Any ideas would help so I can stream our services.

* Conflict on Sample Rates (J1455) microphone is running at 16000hz || OBS is running at 48hz. Run J1455 at 48khz or disable the microphone and test.

Running on an Integrated GPU (as long as you're only rendering the cam is should be ok, anything else it'll struggle)
