Video freezes although the sound continues

Hey,

I have encountered an issue where my stream's video freezes but the audio keeps going.
I'm using NDI, attached hereto are the log files from my gaming and streaming PC.

I've made sure I'm not dropping any frames or getting the encoder overloaded.
