Question / Help Video Freezes after recording Video

Hi, I was recording a video and while I was recording, the gameplay was fine but the in the video it froze to one frame. This means that every single time I record a video the video shows the gameplay but it is frozen. Can someone help please!!

This is my latest log. Please help me. Do you have the right settings so I don't lag in game and the video doesn't glitch and show lines. Also to even show perfect gameplay with no freezing.

Hi there, please post a clean log - by that, I mean restart OBS, attempt a 30 second recording, then get a current log (Help -> Logs -> Current Log). Be sure to reproduce the error.
