Question / Help Video freeze but audio and noise still goes

I have a problem when I record my video freezes, but everything else is going and the voice is still going. Is there a solution for this?

More bitrate have better quality, at a cost of bigger file size.

Maybe try SuperFast or UltraFast preset if CPU can't keep up with excessive skipped/duplicated frames, at a small cost of quality or bigger file size. Maybe reduce frames per second (fps) down to maybe 30, and/or use less output resolution.
