Question / Help Video Flickering Only When Using Webcam

I have been having this issue with my gameplay flickering. It's hard to explain exactly what is happening but it appears to be glitching/flickering only the video signal from my Avermedia GC550 cap card. If I am to remove the webcam from all scenes, the issue appears to stop or at least only happen a few times over the course of an 8 hour broadcast. I have also found out a way to help minimize the issue by using a 'Custom Resolution' of 432x240. Pictures, notifications or video files do not flicker, ONLY the video coming from the GC550. I have looked over other threads on here that were having similar issues and followed the step by step troubleshooting listed. Which include trying multiple webcams, updating all drivers (chipset, usb3.0, LAN, audio), removing and re-adding webcam/capture card as non-global sources, using different USB ports, etc. I'm all out of ideas. Any help or light on this issue will be GREATLY appreciated.

I use a 2-PC setup for my channel, specs below.

Gaming PC:

Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD3H ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 4GB Video Card
Corsair Enthusiast 950W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

Encoding PC:

Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor
Gigabyte GA-Z97-HD3 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Crucial 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Cooler Master 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
Webcams Tested: Logitech c920, c615 & Microsoft LifeCam Studio

Any update on this issue? I had this issue last year and just came back to OBS to discover the issue still exists.

@Osiris , I was using the 32-bit of OBS. After deleting all my profiles and re-doing each scene it seems to be better on the 64-bit version but still present.

@Scotch Are you using 1 or 2 PCs and if so, which cap card do you have?

So you're using a single PC setup with the same webcam and cap card I use. It only seems logical that it is either the capture card or webcam causing the issue at this point. If that is the case, it really sucks because both the cam and cap card are very nice pieces of hardware for any broadcaster.

Oh sorry, I guess I forgot to mention in that original post but it is a two PC setup.
