I am using Visual Studio 2015 to add a new filter for Dual Fish Eye to Equirectangular Conversion. However, I am having a strange problem. When I add any default filters or my filter, the video is seen to have some green horizontal lines in the output. These lines are visible in both the recording and streaming.
Initially, I thought this is for my filter. But later I found this problem happens also for the default filters.
Reproduction Path:
1. Run OBS in Visual Studio [Debug/Run without Debug]
2. Add a filter to the video screen.
3. Stream or Record the Video.
