Hi, I know this is a Twitch issue, just wondering if anyone has any idea about it as Twitch probably are going to send me here anyway though not sure how to email them due to putting the support reason in doesn't seem to be wanting to be showing an email form or button to press etc.
What my issue is, my stream intro video, which you can see here on YouTube, the Twitch player whether live or archived, goes insane when it goes to the intro, on desktop it keeps restarting and on mobile the player freezes up.
Here is an example on Twitch.
The intro file was originally a 20mb h264 encoded .mov from Final Cut Pro, used MPEG Streamclip to convert it to a h264 encoded MP4 for OBS to have no problem playing the audio, and then after seeing the issue in Twitch I used MPEG Streamclip again to reduce the quality to 48% to bring the size from about 20mb to 2.8mb, but that's had no effect on Twitch which still goes insane.
Here's the 2.8mb intro file.
