Hello dear guys of this forum. I have a problem when I start the stream, my video encoding beats one hundred percent, thereby the stream lags! What to do? Computer - RX 570 4 GB, i5 4570 . In the OSCE, I set up everything absolutely - nothing helps. In streamlabs, the same problem is also lagging. What could be the problem
