video drivers are up to date but still shows an error of video drivers

hello. im having an issue with obs and i have no idea why. it maybe becuase i istalled direct x? please help me. heres an image

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

It would appear your laptop/pc is below the minimum specification to run OBS.

Means that new OBS (v30+) expects much newer CPU (and old QSV encoder in your CPU is no longer supported by OBS). Software x264 encoder still may work OK if it will be selected in OBS settings for output.

I've been using QSV recording with OBS for many prior versions on Windows 10, but when I tried installing OBS 30.0 today my recordings will not start. I noticed in the recording settings screen there are now 2 different QSV options, one of them says "deprecated" which was what mine was initially...

it used to work fine before i reset my pc. would u mind explaining a bit of whats going on? im not able to understand
