I'm trying to use OBS to record my voice singing a youtube karaoke song. I think I have all the settings right and the video shows correctly in the preview screen. The resulting file has the audio from youtube and the microphone and it plays with a black screen. I have checked that both obs and chrome are using the "power saving" video setting. I am using the window capture source in obs. It doesn't seem to matter whether I use Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser. They both do the same thing. I have tried everything chatgpt suggests without success. Any suggestions?
