Question / Help Video does not fit screen

New to OBS. Everything seems to be working perfectly except when I go to broadcast my stream, the video does not fit the screen provided by the site. I tried the fit to screen option, and currently have a black bar at top and bottom of screen on the site i use. No other problems noted so far. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Am new to this streaming also, so am not very familiar with it, only what I have read here in the forums. Thanks!

Your monitor and the stream player may have a different aspect ratio, in which case black bars are normal. A screenshot would be needed to diagnose further.
