Question / Help video distortion when importing from ZOOM

Hello, I am having issues with the quality of the imported video windows capture when I set it to a zoom meeting. There is much distortion and lost areas flashing up on the camera feed -

Not sure what to do -have already installed a new OBS

The issue doesnt happen when I simply choose the webcam as the source of the information

please advise
