I used OBS normally on the laptop, but at some point, I don't know if it was an update, I started having problems with video. Even without recording the video it seems "snowing", noise.
When I do the recording the problem is also recorded. But the video is normal outside the OBS preview area.
I just reinstalled Windows and the first thing I installed was OBS, but the problem was exactly the same as before doing a clean installation of Windows.
The webcam works normally with software other than OBS.
