I checked around, didn't see this specific issue, most people saying maybe 1 to 2 seconds off, but when I start capturing my WIIU with an elgato hd60, the video from it desyncs to like 30 seconds to minutes behind. This is only after like an hour of game play. Also is there a way to delay video from certain sources yet?

44.1. The audio stays in sync its just the video gets way out of wack. For instance if I jump with mario and say jump into headset, mario jump noise, my voice and his jump animation will be synced, however after like an hour of playing i will say jump, press jump, ill hear noise and voice on time but the video he wont jump til 30second later or more. It gets progressively worse the longer i capture.

The WiiU probably outputs audio at 48khz. Try changign your audio sample rate to 48khz in OBS so it matches. Remember, you'll have to change this in your windows sound settings as well.
