Question / Help Video delay when streaming

I don't know if there's a way to change it, but I've talk to a few other people and they seem to have the same problem. The stream delays about 30 seconds, so I can't reply to the chat right away. Is there anyway to change it?

Assuming you're streaming to twitch, sounds fairly standard for a non-partner and there's nothing you can do about it.
