Question / Help Video cut Streaming/Recording

Hello,

I encounter a problem to record or stream with obs studio. No matter the game I have a break every second as if I had a network or graphics lag. In games I have no problem but in the obs studio preview I already see the problem. Here is a video to understand the problem:

My config:
Windows 10 64 bits
Intel(R) Core (TM) i5-6600K CPU @3.50GHz 3.50GHz
16Go RAM
NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX970

I have check many post and forum but don't find solution.

Could you send us a log? There should be a pinned threaed on how to do this. It sounds like your GPU or CPU is overloading but we won't know unless we see your settings and logs.
