Question / Help Video Coming Out Looking Really Weird?

Well the first time i recorded CS:GO videos with OBS it looked fine. Lately it has came out really low quality and weird looking. I have the setting to record it at 1080p. But it doesn't look like 1080p at all. I have tried everything and not really sure what to do. I put a screenshot of my settings that i feel like would have to do with it. I record in Windowed Full screen if that help any.

Did you have the CPU usage on "ultrafast" before now? I suspect that has something to do with it. Try Superfast or very fast.

Just post your obs log.

Also, those settings are bad for recording.

Ok i changed it to super fast and used those settings. I am gonna test out later today.
