Video coding problems

Hi everyone and sorry for my bad english. I use OBS 25.0 rc6 64bit. My old laptop has an Intel 3610qm processor (4 cores/8 threads) @ 2.30ghz, 8gb ram, Nvidia GT630m gpu. My internet connection is a FTTS 150/30 mbit/s. When I use Obs to record a video conferece via internet with Microsoft Teams, when I stop recording, it requires a lot of time often (even hours) to render the final file and it is usable only in part, because from a certain point on, the audio totally lacks and video skips a lot of frames.
These are my actual settings:

I've tried the software and hardware acceleration, same issues.
The problem is intermittent, sometimes it works fine.
Record 1920x1080 is the best for me, but 1280x720 is good also, wich I tried with same issues. I've tried newer and stable version of OBS but the 25 rc6 is actually the best for me.
I want to purchase another modern laptop, any suggestion? I looked at ASUS TUF with ryzen 7 4800h, 16gb and a RTX 2060, but I consider cheaper options of course. Is an I7 9750h with GTX 1650 sufficent or I need an 8 core processor? Wich is minimum config to record 1920x1080 with Microsoft Teams via internet? Thank you everyone.
