Question / Help Video choppy even though my gameplay is good

Hi I'm new so some help would be greatly appreciated, I heard a lot of great things about OBS and unfortunately I am finding it very difficult for me because I'm new to all this, I just want to record good gameplay and start making videos thanks for the help :)

my gameplay video is all good, but when I rewatch my recording it is very choppy the recording
