Still nothing unfortunately
Thing is that if I go to an online webcam tester or skype it works perfectly normal

Try to specify custom resolution (type it, and and try to set other video format). If nothing helps, probably something changed to your system that prevents OBS of using it (try running OBS as admin, disable security software, revert system updates, run OBS Studio portable mode in different folder).

Trying a specific resolution worked partly for me, i could see the cam working in properties but not in the preview. I re-added the cam and now it works again!

thanks so much for your help!!! =)

I saw similar only on integrated cam

video device: USB Video Device

and I got

Video Capture Device: DecodeDeviceId failed
Video Capture Device: Video configuration failed

after options change.

Restart the OBS Studio and until you'll go to the source properties and simply click OK - nothing, just black screen. I was so sad, it was so stupid to go to the properties each time just to click OK button... But if I re-select this only available for the PC device again from the drop down list Device of the 'Video Capture Device' source - it works normally again (and after Studio restart too). Strange behavior (because PC has single video device and it already selected) for casual user but forcing this solves it for me.

In another PC was installed virtual cam (to manage phone camera) and additional webcam never rises such issue unless USB-bus faults - two ports connectors in that PC not covered with gold, other 4 (covered) never had bus errors in Windows log, for example. So, sometimes errors hw based.
