Question / Help Video Capture lag

I've been having an ongoing problem with video from my camera lagging once I start streaming and particularly at the beginning of the stream (it sometimes catches up after a while streaming). Running OSX Catalina and using Terminal to run OBS. I had the problem before the Catalina update too. Here's the log. https://obsproject.com/logs/jVp3wDbzwE82q4WZ

No output session in that log, so no performance data to analyze. If you have lag you need to open OBS, start a recording or streaming session, observe your issue, STOP the recording or streaming session, and then upload the log.

That said I'd not be surprised if you're overloading your GPU and the best course of action would be to drop your canvas resolution setting to match your output resolution.
