Question / Help Video Capture issues from Skype, Zoom windows, input looks good, output looks like crap.

I am new to OBS studio but I've gotten pretty good live streaming to Facebook. I had my first guest on my program and she Skyped in. The video on my screen looked good and it looked OK in my OBS window but the output on Facebook looked terrible and was out of sync with the audio. What am I doing wrong? Is there a fix?

Same problem here, im using skype and youtube and my audio is out of sync bigtime on my image, not the skype caller.?

How are you capturing the Skype screen? Is Skype running on the same system or a different one? How are you capturing the audio?

I’ve done numerous broadcasts using Skype but I always run it on a separate system and use a capture device to scrape the video and bring it into OBS as a camera. I also bring the audio in separately as well. Never any sync issues that way.

using ndi to capture the skype guest. running everything through obs studio, I have a yeti mic with its own channel, but the audio sync is bad on my picture on obs not the guest on skype and ive tried to off set the audio in properties and not working, maybe I need to get that ishowu or aggrigated device or something.?
